Julie Packard is a seasoned financial services executive with more than two decades of experience in the banking industry, specializing in Fraud management and strategic enablement. She has held progressive leadership roles across Fraud Operations, Dispute Resolution, Strategic Initiatives, and Fraud Partner Integration at TD Bank. Prior to joining TD, Julie spent 15 years at Bank of America in various Fraud-related leadership positions.

Julie now serves as the Head of US Strategic Enablement within Financial Crimes Prevention and Operations at TD Bank. In this role, she collaborates closely with product and channel teams to define strategic direction and evaluate and prioritize roadmaps across Fraud, KYC, and Insider capabilities, strengthening the bank’s integrated approach to financial crimes prevention.

Nash Ali is Vice President of Strategy at NeuroID, a part of Experian. With over 20 years in risk management, payments and fraud prevention, he previously held pivotal roles at MoneyGram International, Western Union, and Bank of America. He earned his MBA from UC Berkeley and a BS in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the University of Louisville.

Recognized as the “Innovator of the Year” by Western Union in 2010, Nash is known for his strategic insights and industry relationships. At NeuroID, he focuses on integrating behavioral analytics to enhance customer onboarding, reduce fraud, and improve operational processes.
