With a multi-disciplinary background in economics, finance, technology and marketing, Craig leverages his retail lending and banking industry experience to advise and consult on business-led technology strategy and investment for financial institutions, technology providers, and technology investment firms. Craig is a frequent speaker and moderator at industry conferences, including BAI, Mortgage Bankers Association annual and technology conferences, and AFSA. He has also written dozens of bylined articles for Mortgage Banking Magazine, Lending Strategy (UK) and American Banker.

Craig received an M.A. in applied economics from the University of San Francisco and graduated with high honors from the State University of New York at Oneonta with a B.S. in business economics. Craig also attended Schiller University in Heidelberg, where he studied international trade. Craig holds the Certified Mortgage Banker (CMB) designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association.

Mike Charnisky

Mike Charnisky is the Director of Client Engagement for Experian Verifications Services. He has been at Experian since August 2019, working previously as a Sales Director in Decision Analytics. Prior to joining Experian, Mike worked for 10 years with Equifax Workforce Solutions as Strategic Account Executive, Verification Services. During his time at Equifax, Mike was in charge of account strategy and sales for The Work Number in various verticals (Mortgage, Auto, Credit Card, FinTech, Personal Lending, Key Client/Strategic). He also worked closely with EWS leadership teams to help drive product and go-to-market strategy.

Semone Aye
Marketing Manager

With nearly 20 years’ experience in the mortgage and financial services space, Semone Aye currently leads thought leadership and marketing strategy for the mortgage vertical at Experian. Previously, she led areas of marketing, advertising, and analysis at one of the largest mortgage lenders in the US as well as at a community bank, mortgage brokerage and lender.
