She has a proven ability to balance the profitability of campaigns and customer experience while managing risk and future performance expectations. She accomplishes this through the lens of continuous improvement – constantly testing audience segmentation, targeted modeling, messaging and channel mix. She possesses the capability to understand key business drivers and set up the measurement and validation plans to ensure all tactics – models, creative, offer, channel – are optimally performing together. Prior to Experian, Katie spend time at a top 5 bank and super regional bank in analytics, marketing at product roles.

Dan Walsh is a seasoned marketing and data strategy leader with more than 20 years of experience driving acquisition and existing Customer strategy across multiple industries. As part of Experian’s Prospecting product team, he specializes in bringing in new data resources to marketing to enable segmentation, predictive insights and omnichannel strategy. He partners with clients to help brands efficiently and responsibly identify and convert high-value audiences. Dan is known for turning complex data into clear, actionable prospecting strategies. He has led high-impact digital and direct acquisition teams where he partnered closely with product, analytics, sales and compliance teams to deliver measurable results. Prior to Experian, he led marketing and analytics functions at major banks, applying his risk and data expertise to grow brand and co-brand credit portfolios.
