Upavan Gupta leads research and analytics for Experian Housing and Verification. Utilizing Experian's extensive data assets, including trade, property, and rental data, Upavan develops new AI- and ML-based solutions and actionable insights. Prior to joining Experian, Upavan was part of HSBC North America where he was responsible for credit risk analytics for their mortgage portfolio. Upavan received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering and has published 13 research papers in high-impact international journals and conferences.
